This is my first piercing and my anxiety was pretty high. They made it so easy. Thank you! I live in Sioux Falls but was in Rapid City visiting for the weekend! I would highly recommend them!
Tattoo turned out beautiful. My artist was extremely unwelcoming & I felt like I was annoying her the whole time. I sized down about half the size I originally asked & she made me pay the same price. This was a memorial tattoo for my mom who passed & it was disappointing to have that type of experience.
I came in the other day to have 4 helix and two lobes re-pierced (2 of the which where not even fully closed up) the woman I worked with was kind but didn’t seem to listen to me along with disregarding a need to take a short break. She was very sweet but was definitely rushing and disregarding what I was saying. I am not stranger to piercings, I have 13 total so I’m no newbie when it comes to it. Was disappointed that there was no aftercare solution given after ear piercing. I understand that some are not good and will deteriorate the healing, but there are wound care and piercing solutions available that will not do that. After paying quite a bit for piercing, I expected to be given some type of followup care solution. I have always been given a solution after piercing. Despite washing ears daily with antibacterial soap as directed by the piercer, I got infected and had to remove my cartilage piercing. The other fou... read more
I got a cartilage piercing here last week and was disappointed in the experience. I had an appointment but the piercer seemed rushed and like she couldn't wait for me to leave. I wasn't shown any jewelery beforehand, or given any options of jewelry. Disappointing experience for the price I paid...
