Sham of a company. Keeps sending bill for service I never received. Won’t answer calls on any line. Ask your ortho to avoid this company at all costs
Been spam called by them for an unpaid bill for crutches, that I was given at a hospital, despite having paid my hospital bill. Pretty sure this would breaks the 'No Surprises Act'? Either way, on top of this, they're asking for ~$70 for a pair of crutches that cost $30 (on top of whatever my hospital charged in the giant bill from them). And are now sending it to debt collection since I'm not willing to pay a company money when they both don't respond to my emails or phone calls to confirm any information about this 'bill'.... read more
