Been spam called by them for an unpaid bill for crutches, that I was given at a hospital, despite having paid my hospital bill. Pretty sure this would breaks the 'No Surprises Act'? Either way, on top of this, they're asking for ~$70 for a pair of crutches that cost $30 (on top of whatever my hospital charged in the giant bill from them). And are now sending it to debt collection since I'm not willing to pay a company money when they both don't respond to my emails or phone calls to confirm any information about this 'bill'.... read more

My son received this ankle boot in urgent care for sprain. i got billed for 340$ and found the similar product in walmart, amazon for 40-60$. my son used it for just few hours. he barely used it and now i paid 340$ for something which is not worth of product.
