Just echoing what most have already said: this place is a complete shake-down. They billed me $21 for the lowest quality arm brace after shoulder surgery. It fell apart after 3 days and I had to buy another one at CVS, that was half the price and I could hang a bowling ball in it. I'm not cheap and I don't care about $21, but I DO care about being scammed.
I got bill today for $142. from Surgi careI had already gotten an eob from insurance company showing they paid for this arm/wrist brace under their durable medical equipment. I called surgicare & a woman answered with children in the background. when i said i wanted to discuss my bill she hung up on me. I called insurance company & was given the claim# of when they paid the bill already. BEWARE people.. I never write Google reviews, but my truly awful experience has led me to want to warn others. I believe I was double-billed for a single wrist brace that I purchased. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, not only was the extra charge not removed, but I was also hit with a late fee. This ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I caution everyone to be wary of dealing with this company.
