They sent me a bill for 175 dollars after the insurance paid for it a total scam I’m reporting this as fraud to whoever I have to report it also they gave me an arm support at the hospital the dr told me it was covered then they keep calling and sent me to “collections” all fake and scam
Their website is down cant pay bill. They don't respond to voicemail, they don't respond to email. Has a D- with BBB
They are terrible at billing, you need to call for overpayments, then it takes 8 weeks to review. Be aware when paying them....
Call and hang up after I answer. They never speak but you can hear background voices If this is about a 1/2" thick foam rubber " neck brace" they can ch0kE on it.
Stop calling me. Stop texting me about a bill. I’ve never utilized this companies services. Never even heard of them
