Ken from Surge mortgage helped us through a long arduous process. We had a tough journey with the builder over a 3 year span. When we were going through the mortgage process everything was smooth except for the builders end of it which was a mess in every way. Ken had our back and wanted to make sure we were taken care of in the end. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his team.
The process and steps leading up to my closing date were great. Team was very good with communicating the next steps, and that I was staying up-to-date with the process. My mortgage was sold though, now two or three times, which I do not remember that being communicated to me at the beginning of the process.
