Granddaughter made a new friend and she enjoyed herself
Attended a party (3/16) with my grandchild and was mildly supprised and the "cleanliness" of the space after reading the reviews. However, I was also suprised at the lack of "supervision" provided in the facility. I didn't see a team member that identified as a manager. Two members, after 7 p.m. (not before) seemed to be doing quick walks around the perimeter of the jump areas, however they weren't paying attention to the children. My first time my husband and I visited with the kids and they loved it. I believe one of my daughters favorite is the obstacle course. We didn't get a chance to explore the side with the arcade games and rock climbing but we're definitely super excited to plan another visit!
