Nice selection of coastal design furniture & decor. Staff is very friendly & so helpful. Reasonable prices too.
We purchased 6 saddleback island chairs a year or two ago. Originally 1 had a crack so it was replaced. 2 have gotten very wobbly since. There are no screws to tighten and no way to tighten them. They are loose and unusable. I contacted Surfside in February, they said to bring the chairs in. I requested a full refund of all chairs as I can no longer trust them, 3 out of 6 have been an issue. They refused and advised me to bring the 2 chairs in to have brackets installed. I do not live close and requested the brackets be mail... read more
