Great car rental company with integrity. Price quoted is price paid. Cars in good condition and service from Richard and staff exceptional. Wouldn't look anywhere else.
Amazing service and value. Friendly and personal. Extremely prompt and great communication. Our family of 5 which consists of kids from 1 to 6 years old, had a fantastic experience. Kids seats were fitted in the shuttle from the airport and in our hire car upon arrival. The return shuttle experience was flawless, and for people travelling with young kids, a smooth experience goes along way. We can not speak more highly of Surfers Rent a Car. We recommend them to all who travel to the Gold Coast. We will return.
2nd time using them and they never let me down in outstanding customer service and very easy and friendly to deal with. Always good to see Richard at the airport. The car was great, no issues, no bells and whistles but if you're after a car to get you around then hit them up
