Terrible service. I was told tile my two tiles to pick up would be 1 week and still waiting 5 weeks later. Half of my order was late and the wrong tile colour was delivered, and I was repeatedly told the issue would be sorted ASAP. In reality, nothing happened for over a week. I was given pickup and delivery dates that were not honoured, forcing me to reschedule my tradesperson multiple times. No communication updating us on where our fully paid tiles are and when the delivery is expected. Never again.
Would have to be the worst tile supplier I have encountered in 27 years of being in business. Still waiting for a refund after 5 months, waiting over 5 months for tiles to be delivered. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls. Do not waste your energy.
Unfortunately not a good experience. After paying the total cost of the tiles up front ( Which should have been a red flag) we then went from being a customer to an inconvenience because we wanted our tiles. Having paid for the tiles on the 9th of December 2025 we finally received the tiles on the 26th March 2026 and only after we contacted the wholesaler directly. We were told so many stories as to why we had not received the tiles it became very frustrating when our phone calls were blocked or simply ignored .All we wanted... read more
Really poor communication. Delivery was delayed . I had to initiate all correspondence . Won’t answer the phone and have been trying over and over to get a refund from them on a product that wasn’t supplied with the order . Really frustrating experience.
