Lea and Leo have a great selection of e-bikes. They are knowledgeable about the features of all the various brands and models they carry. Working with them to select an e-trike for my wife was a pleasure. They are one of very few authorized Addmotor dealers in the area, too.
Where do I even start? Leo and Lea are wonderful humans and took amazing care of me. I commute over 27 miles a day for two jobs 6 days a week. I was relying on a bike that kept dying, didn't fit and served it purpose. I walked in stressed out and looking for a solution and they helped me beyond measure. A huge thank you to Leo and Lea! Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable about all their products! They had the Meet One Tour in stock, assembled it for me and kept me up to date on progress and had it ready when they said they would! Made sure that I was 100% ready for the trails before I left, helped me load it and even got me packing materials to ensure a good trip back. Really grateful for the support and service I received!!
We had and excellent experience. The staff spent a lot of time assessing what we needed and pointed out a variety of bike options. They thoroughly explained each bike. Appreciated no pressure sales. We bought two bikes. When we picked them up, they walked through all the features and provided advice for upkeep. We highly recommend this store!!
Before my short story let me say what a wonderful experience meeting and dealing with Lea and Leo from Surf-Wheel’s N EBikes in Largo. I recently moved back to the area and want to enjoy the fun trail areas by bike. Due to my age, larger body size and some physical limitations an ETrike was logical.
