My friend had a terrible experience in this store & from what I've heard & read about the place/the owner...he is a mean rude arrogant person who looks to start a fight with customers (even children) to the point where injuries occurred & the cops were called!!! NEVER EVER EVER step foot in this store, I have a feeling you'll regret it or worse, you could be assaulted by the owner!!! WTF is wrong with him??

I think this is what beach town shopping is all about; Surf Sundries-has an assortment of beach necessities, funky fun crap, some very old merchandise in original decaying packaging, and interesting characters! Some people complain about this cranky elderly man, with a quirky but delightful dry sense of humor. We got to his store early and it was amazing watching him set up, of course we offered to help, but as he said he’s been doing this for 50 years!
