Seen Cody twice now and each visit has made a difference. He knows his stuff, cannot recommend him highly enough.
Excellent place and service!
Harriet is super smart and on the ball, a great physio. She's an excellent athlete herself, so a perfect fit for any sports related issues. She wants you to get back on track because she knows the pain of not being able to train. Harriet is always on time for appointments, does massage, shows exercises, dry needling if you want it and gives "homework" for you to do between sessions. I definitely recommend her!
Had a great experience at Surf & Sports Myotherapy. Cody is the GOAT — I felt a huge difference straight after the session and the pain I was dealing with beforehand is pretty much gone. He really knew exactly where the problem spots were, and the dry needling was spot on. Very professional and welcoming clinic. I’ll definitely be booking another session around January. Highly recommend!
I have only just started going to Harriet and I'm very impressed. She has a very practical and effective approach to her treatments. She gives you her full attention and explains the rationale behind her recommended post treatment exercises. She is the best physio I've been to for a long time.
