For the past 5 years I've struggled with calve issues - Lucy figured out the issue and fixed it within a few sessions. It really made me question why I'd put it off for so long to be honest. As a result I achieved a new PB by a massive 17 mins and remain injury free!!! Don't put it off - if you've got any niggling injuries or something isn't right get down to Surf Life Physio and get it fixed right away so you can smash your goals and enjoy your life pain free! Thanks a lot Lucy and team.
ZERO STARS. WORST PHYSIO. LAZY. NO HANDS-On physio. Not even interested in gathering your health info. Just throw you pages of printed exercises and charges you for it! WASTE OF MY TIME, ENERGY & Medicare. APPALLING SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My experience at Surf Life Physio has been awesome. I'm a track Athlete and they are super on to what I need in terms of getting back on the track with minimal down time.
Great physios who offer great treatment in an awesome environment where everyone feels welcome. Am a weekly regular and would never go anywhere else!
