Highly highly recommend this beautiful practice! Slotted me in last minute due to an injury and helped me so much!
Such a beautiful and relaxed space to exercise and heal post partum. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and after only a few visits my body is starting to feel wonderful again.
I had a fantastic postpartum experience with Jacqui and Meg at Surfcoast pilates - highly recommend the pelvic floor assessment and the clinical Pilates classes which were very supportive for a new mum.
Stacy has been fantastic, she’s knowledgeable and kind and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She’s made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my sessions and I’m so glad that I engaged with a physiotherapist during my pregnancy. I feel confident and strong going into birth.
