AVOID AT ALL COSTS You have the right to choose a different testing location, and I highly recommend that you do. I had an appalling experience at this facility during a pre-access DNA and fit test for work. My appointment was at 4:30 PM on a Friday, one hour before closing. Right away, the two women working there gave me attitude, complaining my appointment was too late for them to complete the testing. I offered to reschedule, but they insisted I proceed. I hope all companies don’t send their workers here. These guys are unprofessional. And waste your time.
Staff were friendly and explained the process well. I just tested, my company handled the booking but it seemed smooth
Waste of time and a dehumanizing experience. they have dumb policies that waste your time and they can't even explain why those policies exist
Staff inside were pleasant enough, their booking agent however booked me for the wrong test, staff inside are unable to fix the appointment and after 30 minutes on hold to get through to the booking agent I was told the appointment can't be corrected and they wouldn't let me book the corect test right way costing me a weeks worth of work...
