Claimed to have not recalled multiple phone calls requesting a document be served by a certain time/date. Simply served when it was most convenient for them.
Randy saved the day! We needed an out of state Subpoena domesticated so he took our documents to the courthouse and then served them. Would definitely refer them and use them Sure Serve again! Very helpful and friendly.
Went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Update: Two times, two perfectly executed services! First one we had to reschedule multiple times due to changes on our end and they were great at communicating and getting that done. Second time was a rush job in another city and they were spot on, and though the respondent was being elusive, they listened to exactly what we needed and got it done on the first try!
