My tax preparer Shakarra was punctual, prepared and extremely knowledgeable regarding tax laws, deductions and all of the required forms and documentation I would need. I had many questions as this was my first year filing as an entrepreneur and right away she put me at ease. I felt confident knowing I was in the best possible hands and she walked me through step by step to ensure my overall satisfaction and that my refund was maximized. My husband and I was doing our taxes through TurboTax. Once we seen Sure Business Essentials. I told my husband about it and we jumped on it. This is our second time and we are locked in.
