Hands down one of the best experiences. Both Joel Surber and Jackson were extremely patient and educated me on my entire process and worked super hard for the best outcome. I am truly thankful that they made me feel like a member of their family. They were respectful and explained things and never talked down to me. Thet covered all my questions. Mr. Surber made an extremely stressful situation as pleasant as possible. Very accommodating, whether it be answering questions over the phone or driving to you for a meeting (which was very much appreciated!) . He gives peace of mind with his expertise and easy to understand explanations. A master at his craft, going the extra mile for his clients.
Unprofessional, rude, terrible service in general. Avoid this place.
