Mr. Surber made an extremely stressful situation as pleasant as possible. Very accommodating, whether it be answering questions over the phone or driving to you for a meeting (which was very much appreciated!) . He gives peace of mind with his expertise and easy to understand explanations. A master at his craft, going the extra mile for his clients.
