We had a very horrible experience with this store. We placed an ordered for jersey kits back in late August, in hopes that our uniforms would come in time for our fall season. We paid in full with guarantee that our uniforms would come within 2-3 weeks. It is now October 23rd and we never received our uniforms nor received communication about our status or order. (1 star) - Worst Customer Service Experience - Data Loss and Unprofessional Behavior I gave my Samsung S10 Plus to them for a display issue. They said they would check it and let me know. They called me back and said it was related to both the battery and display issue. I said okay, go with it, but made it very clear that my data should not be affected - that’s all I cared about, not the phone itself.
