I went to get my phone fixed and the screen they used to replace it is dimmed all the way down with a blueish tint and my front camera is extremely blurry when I asked them about it they just said it’s the quality of the screen.
Terrible experience. We ordered uniforms for an event and were made to pay upfront, after which he stopped responding entirely. After we pestered him repeatedly, he finally answered the day before the event and—acting as if it were perfectly normal—said the uniforms wouldn't arrive. We had to spend twice as much to buy uniforms at the last minute; a month has passed, and we still haven't received the money or the uniforms. Stay far away from these scammers. First, they don’t return items (though they don’t tell you that). Secondly they don’t seem to have set prices, and they’ll ring the item up as “miscellaneous” to charge whatever price they think they can rip you off with. Completely rude and unhelpful “customer service”. Someone should report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Even though their website (linked via the QR code they give you in the store) states, “most products have a 14 days return policy” be VERY careful because the “policy” listed in the recipt states that ONLY new phones are eligible for refund, but all other products are exchangeable, but not refundable. Seems deceptive to me but whatever.
