Purchased a case on 06/16 which was delivered on 06/18. Product did not provide the protection I wanted so I was not satisfied with performance of the case. Brought it back to store with receipt 8 days after delivery of the product and I was denied an exchange. The return poly states “If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.” Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. It’s 12:05 on a Sunday and still closed. The google profile states opens at 11am on Sundays. When I called the lady who answered was rude even sounded bothered and said “Sundays we open at 12” but finally after 30 minutes they opened and still acted like they were bothered. I don’t know what kind of people runs a business like this but honestly I don’t recommend at all even prices are way too high for they quality.
Terrible service, took my iPad to fix with a promise to get it done in 2 hours… a week later broke it even more and still asked to pay a fee, as they spent time on it. Lied multiple times on the work done and very poor communication. Avoid them at any cost
