Avoid this place. Its a scam I was told my plan only covered 70$ and i would have to pay what remains but the company told me they covered everything so i spent 600$ for glasses i could have gotten free. They push you into buying stuff or lie to you while making you sigh stuff so you can't get a refund. If it wasn't for the contract i would have gotten my money back. Horrible people work here and thieves also .. they get you into this care credit and then charge an outrageous amount of money on the side for glasses you can get cheaper somewhere else and when you tell them you didn’t know you had to pay almost 2000 thousand dollars for glasses they get nasty with you .. mind you that they first tell you that your insurance don’t cover glasses or lenses and then offer you the care credit … I got a pair of famous brand glasses with everything on it for 500 across from them and the service w... read more
Poor customer service and give wrong information to their old and new clients…. Everyone should go across the street way better service also the lady with the short Blonde hair was so rude and refused to let me talk to a manager or owner
