Don't use this company or a PA at all actually. Recovered a fraction of the amount of damages. Many many errors in their estimate and then billed for the time to correct it. Billed for more than 20% of settlement. Still have to submit for recoverable depreciation ourselves. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls 70% of the time. PA not present for reinspections because he was on vacation. Do yourself a favor and hire a mitigation company and a general contractor.

January '22 my husband and I reached out to John for help in getting our ins claim moving forward because of continuous delays from the insurance company. Supreme Public Adjusting was extremely helpful to us after Hurricane Laura. Mr. Franca knows what he is talking about, and he takes the stress off of your plate. He dealt with our insurance adjustor and came every single time I called him. I am not easy to please, and I am not an easier customer, but Supreme Public Adjusting did precisely what they said they would. They worked hand in and with us. We are truly grateful.
