I would absolutely never use this lender again and DO NOT recommend. We were misled from the beginning and it was an absolute mess throughout the entire process including phone calls during the actual closing. Too many people, passwords sent via email, calling one person to ask them if they had the password of another so they could sign for them. Data breaches everywhere. When all of this feedback was sent via email to Aaron, I got no response. Very unprofessional and created much more stress to this process than necessary.
