We just closed on a house with Supreme Lending, and we started the process in Okinawa Japan, continued during our PCS, then ended it here in Pensacola. Contacted Kris Waters to get a mortgage quote. He came back with an offer that really didn't fit our needs. I explained how another company had a better offer and he got very snippy and was a bit rude. He ended up cutting me off and nearly hanging up on me. Glad I did not accept their offer.
