We didn't know half of what we was doing through the process, we didn't understand the big payment we have to pay off being first time home buyer's. We will starve making this payment as it is and paying our regular bills I just didn't understand why we had to borrow extra money at the last from usda of 12,000 down and got that payment on top of our house payment. I'm very nieve apparently and they was very good at sneaking that in.
