I bought a home through supreme lending. They were quick, but overlooked important issues that 7 months in my insurance company that was on my loan papers in Brownsville called and said they were cancelling my policy due to no handrails on 1 door and that 1 must sign a roof exclusion. I paid to have handrail's installed 2 days later and had to sign a roof exclusion. With an FHA loan, wouldn’t handrails be a requirement when they came and looked at the house for that type of loan? And no roof coverage now?????
