buyers be aware they will do everything to get your loan closed but give you a high rate and make you buy down to a even higher rate without telling you until you are just in underwriting, like someone is going to get a loan with a 7.5 and be happy paying for that, i would of never purchased knowing this, he also was condescending n i haven’t even paid my first payment and loan was already sold.
Extremely incompetent. Delayed my closing without speaking. If you want lots of issues use supreme lending!
Might as well not even bother with them, they will probably just sell your loan to another company right away like they did with mine. I would rather have gone with another more reputable lender but the low interest rate blinded me. The amount of hassle and hoops i've had to jump through have already made it not worth.
