Sales lady My never mentioned to me that I would have the assemble the couch myself. I paid a lot for delivery and I asked about the rubbish which My then confirmed that the delivery men would take the rubbish with them. Neither of these things happened today. Be more transparent with the clients instead wanting a quick sale
This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. We purchased couches that cost over $4000. Within the first year the couches that are “leather” started peeling. The Bankstown store are not very helpful. They gave me an email to submit a warranty claim. You cannot call this company and speak to someone about your repair. It is all done via email. The customer service was fine when we were looking to make a purchase, but the second they had taken full payment for our purchase that changed completely. They have been extremely difficult to contact and communicate with and when they can be reached that have been dismissive and disrespectful. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
