What a rude customer service. Doesn’t know how to talk to people at all.
Amazing customer experience! Brad was patient and responsive. He went the extra mile, managed to find my dream bike at my size, and delivered it to my place. I highly recommend this bike shop.
We are e-bike owners and travelling in the area. We had a problem with one of the bikes and Brad could not have been more helpful. We spoke on the phone and he said he’d have a look if we dropped in - he had a look while we waited and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. We were so grateful as we were keen to complete the encounter bikeway. He refused payment as he said it was an easy fix (not for us!) but accepted a cup of coffee as payment . Thank you Brad - highly recommend !
