I had weatherization done thru supportive services. Now my doors leak air in the winter, you cab feel the windblowing in the bottom and sides of the door. They installed a bathroom exhaust fan which now leaks when it rains so now I have to pay for someone to come out and repair the roof with money I dont have. They are supposed to make it weathering to save money on heating costs but its worse.
I absolutely cannot say enough about how amazing Supportive Services is as a top notch company. I must recognize each and every vital and amazing person...starting with Patty in Weatherization and Sharon who are such professional customer service representatives. Additionally, let me say that Russ is a true professional. He does exceptional work when evaluating the needs relative to the home and goes the extra mile to explain what is being done and the efficacy of the work product. Got a grant from these people they came to my house to "weatherize" and put a new furnace in. Mine you ice been here 6 years with no problems with my furnace other then it's from 1969 so it's old. The people they had to come here to replace my furnace "Tmb heating and cooling" are some of the worst ppl to do work and broke me furnace and they send more ppl out to fix what the first guys did.
