This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Our order was placed weeks ago and we are only one state away. Today part of the order showed up and we received the wrong items. The rest of of order still has not arrived. We've filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge with our credit card issuer. Then we get a threatening email from them...
