I ordered a part an inducer motor for a Goodman furnace. There's sent me the wrong part and it was damaged. When I got them on the phone to rectify it, they told me to send them an email with some pictures. I did as they asked and they looked at them and told me that they would send me an email by the end of the day. I told them it only takes a couple minutes to look at an email.
