I booked a massage before work and organised my whole day around that appointment. When I arrived, I was told by the therapist I had booked with ( Jan ) that she had accepted another booking and couldn’t see me. She simply told me to rebook.. Was very unprofessional and quite rude. There was no apology or attempt to offer a solution after I’d made the effort to arrive on time, based on this experience, I won’t be returning that place…
The perfect pressure massage. The only downside is the ending didn't have clicks and stretches this time

Not very welcoming. There is no HICAPS insurrance which can be a deciding factor. No privacy with curtains left slightly open. The therapist took a call during my treatment and brought phone in. The excessive oil was not removed at end of treatment. When I asked name of therapist at end of treatment, she did answer but was busy on her phone.
