Store lady was friendly and was able to give us details of the purchase so that we could go home and measure up. Our measures were done and we found that they could fit in our lounge. We promptly received an invoice and I paid online. Free delivery was made within a few days, and the old chairs were taken away. The new chairs were installed expertly and tested to make sure they worked properly. All staff were friendly and efficient.
I recently purchased a side table. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating.
