Find my gold chain they offered me $1000. I said I only need 500 when I went to go pay the 500 to get a chain back. Apparently Tempe police put a hold on my gold chain but it has nothing to do with the chain it’s self Without me, knowing Tempe police put a hold on my chain , I was not notified by Superpawn. I have been coming to the Super Pawn on 4620 E. MCDOWELL for about a year now. I have always been more than satisfied when i leave Today staff member TROY not only had great friendly service, but acknowledge that I have been a good customer and gave me the money I needed! I brought scrap 14k gold and they offered $10 per gram. Lol. Other pawn shops offered $22 to $26. Do not bring your gold here. Go to ANY other pawn shop or sell to a refiner at x3 the price.
I made the worst decision of my life to go to the shop and pawn my firearm due to times being hard. I thought they would be honest and trustworthy, but I should’ve known better back in July I pawned my fire arm I have 90 days to retrieve it so come September I decided to pick it up they ran a NICS report on me putting in false information I was denied my firearm when I purchased the firearm.
