We were there twice this week; first to purchase ds games for my 8yr old son and the lady helping us was so sweet and patient. The second time another lady assisted me with the DVD's and was very sweet as well. Store was clean and associates helpful. Great experience.

The girl Cassy or whatever the hell is rude and unprofessional as is the manager for not even coming out to look at the item in question. Will NEVER shop or sell here ever again and will make sure to leave as many reviews on every review site about this over sized garbage can they call Super Pawn on Valencia rd in Tucson. ����
