Wow what an amazing staff and treatment! Special shoutout to Sanja who's an excellent technician, very fast and efficient. The PRP for hair was done so quickly and easily. So much better than Bellair Laser Clinic. Alex who is very friendly and welcoming and who makes the process easy, not presssuring. Loved my time at Supernatural in Hamilton. I came in for compression therapy and my legs and feet felt so rejuvenated after just the first visit.
Beautiful clinic, tried PEMF for the first time and felt amazing afterwards. Employees Megan and Katie were wonderful. Highly recommend if you are considering a treatment they offer!
I got a chemical peel done and I was happy with it. That part was good. What I was upset about was the consultation. There was no point in coming in as they could have answered my questions on the phone. I felt pressured into paying for the chemical peel right away. I also don’t like how you have to pay in full before you even get the treatment. Not to mention you sign a form before the consultation that says no refunds so when I tried to call to cancel I couldn’t get my money back. The whole process is very frustrating.
