I love El Ranchito. It is the only restaurant in Dublin—or the surrounding area—that I consider truly authentic. The food is always fresh and incredibly flavorful. The fish, the broth, and the tacos (with any choice of meat) are all excellent. The quesadilla is also substantial and delicious.
