I used to shop at this store, but I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the products and recently it’s been worse. The walnuts tasted stale and not fresh, and the packaged dates were also not edible. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Akhavan Supermarket. A badly burned and practically unusable piece of bread was hidden between two normal breads and packaged in a way that the customer could not notice before opening it. This is not the first time this has happened. The previous time, we assumed it might have been an honest mistake, but after seeing the same issue again, it honestly feels intentional and shows a lack of care for customers and product quality. Do not shop from this store! They clearly do not care about their customers. Today was my last purchase with them. The customer service attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.
The watermelon was rotten.
