I had a very disappointing experience at Akhavan Restaurant in Montreal. The kebab (koubideh) was of very poor quality, and when we tried to address it with the staff, they were dismissive, refused to let us speak with the manager, and even used disrespectful language toward us. A restaurant should take customer feedback seriously, but unfortunately this was not the case here. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
