The assistance from produce was outstanding. I wanted a box of collard greens and the box was nicely packaged in a large plastic bag to prevent leaks
Store manager Jeff churchwell he does a fabulous job and goes beyond the call of duty and gives great hospitality and customer service and has an awesome meat department i really appreciate everything he has done for me 8 -29-2026 I called the store to ask a question in this deli and the black woman on the phone was very rude and and not very unprofessional all because I called to ask they could use a whole new deli staff i just don't understand why people are so nasty to others
We LOVE Superlo. Been going here since I was a child. My mom shops here regularly and she had a small allergic reaction where her hands started itching and so she went to the bathroom to wash her hands and the Doritos man who doesn’t even work there went out of his way to show my mom where the medical supplies are. And the fried chicken there is the best in Memphis!!
