BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO TAXES HERE. Still haven't received my refund from 2020 because they used a dummy account to deposit my money just so they could get paid before the IRS released the funds! Now my money is just sitting in limbo.
We have been using the Superiority for years with no problems, however we are being audited for something that they put on our taxes that we did not ask them to do!. Now they are not being responsive and when they finally contacted me after numerous, calls, text messages, and fb messages, a young lady called and gave me several guesses as to why the credit was added. We've filed with them the last few years but this year we have had absolutely nothing but issues and they refuse to get in contact with us to help resolve the problems. So now we are just at a complete loss.
