Stay away, horrible customer service, rude condescending guides. Wife and daughter got swept out of raft and were terrified and panicked, Rescue attempt by guides was slow, disorganized and girls were treated horribly. No clear directions during rescue, just confusion. After rescue no welfare check or encouragement, just GO , GO , GO . We were exhausted.
