This company has the worst customer service, they were late on my order by 2 months, when I followed up about it 4 different times, they promised to follow up but did not … there are better washer manufacturers out there, Willie washer, seastrom, WCL, Bokers, call them, I have never had issues with those companies. If you use them, good luck
