Had a really bad experience with this store. I had a ECOVAC N8 that stopped working in April 2024. I sent it to Superior Vacuums Kengsinton road branch for repair because the google review on this store is 4.7. Initially, they told me it was water damage to PCB board, so some repair job is needed for electronics. I gave them to consent to repair and fix it. The nightmare begins from there.
