They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vacuum was working perfectly before I left. It’s so nice to find a local shop that truly cares about their customers. Today I needed a part for my steam cleaner and called Greg Stech at Superior Vacuums in Kensington. Without hesitation he said bring your cleaner in and I’ll make sure you’re all set. Sure enough , I took it in and Greg took it to the back storeroom and came out with my cleaner all set!!! Superior Vacuums has a huge selection, the staff is friendly and know their products but where they really shine is their customer service! The wand on our cordless vacuum broke, the manufacturer wouldn't honour the warranty, so Superior Vacuums did. They went above and beyond! Greg, thank you for all your help.
