Unfortunately An Expensive Add-On Purchase I am in a bit of a quandary how to rate this product. As others have noted, the brush performs very well however I am resentful of the need to purchase it as an expensive add-on when it really should be supplied as standard with the Miele C3 Complete Vacuum in place of the standard head which is effectively useless - at least on the carpets, tiles and wooden floors in our house! Superior Vacuums really impressed me. I brought in an item to be looked at under a warranty with Hoover. They are an authorized Service Center for Hoover amongst other places and they service several different brands.
