I’ve never been to their store, but I have purchased multiple items from Superior Vacuums online and had a great experience. The prices were good and they had fairly quick shipping, even to the USA. I’m really enjoying the vacuum I bought from them, and will definitely order again from them in the future.
It was a pleasure dealing with the people at Superior Vacuum. Specifically, I had a wonderful interaction with Adam, their customer service lead. Adam took the time to help me resolve a few issues with an order I made. He called me a couple of times and guided me very patiently through several issues and was able to resolve them. I'm grateful that Superior Vacuums recruited such a wonderful person like Adam.
Lovely efficient and courteous service . Called to make an urgent appointment and they found an appointment for me within 48 hours . They were already fully booked and squeezed me in. Technician advised me when he was going to arrive, did so on time and worked quickly and efficiently when he got here. Would highly recommend this company
