Brought a Roomba combo max in. The clean water tank was leaking, the base won't empty the bin. Despite my issues being in the base unit only the repair tech was obsessed with cleaning my robot vacuum. I tried explaining again my issues in the base, gentleman on the phone kept interrupting me. Stating that my issues in the base were due to my robot not being cleaned. They assured me, my clean water tank wouldn't leak, and my bin will empty.
