Karen is rude as can be she is a literal Karen. They left my 9 and 6 year old at a porta potty alone. 10 minutes before the correct drop off time. They were left alone 3 times. Theyre neglectful and rude and when you run into an issue they'll act like its the end of the world but they brush their mistakes under the rug. Bad look for a company that transports kids and people with special needs.

If I could go negative I would. This company is the worst for dealing with a school system. We have had numerous instances of bus showing up early so elementary students almost miss the bus. The drivers are verbally abusive the the company does nothing to resolve the issue. I personally had the receptionist/dispatcher tell me to talk to the driver because she doesn't always have time to talk to the drivers. It's the most unsafe, irresponsible company for our kids. Absolutely ridiculous.

A white Superior minivan (didn't get #) in Rochester, MN around 10:00 a.m. Mon 3/18/24 was following extremely close to me. Van was about a foot behind me. Very dangerous & unnecessary.
