The ladies inside were terrible people. I asked to see the written receipt prior to paying and was told that it’s not my right to see it. Then proceeded to swear and cuss loudly in front of me. Just plain old bad people!
I was feeling really stressed after my car broke down, but Edward from Superior Towing made the whole towing experience so much easier. He arrived quickly, was kind and professional, and handled everything with care. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. The front receptionist are rude and pretend to be on the phone to make you wait for more than 20min. I literally hear her conversation.
Ralph the tow driver has excellent customer service skills. Towed my SUV to my chosen mechanic with no issues. Would definitely use them again.
