This is a very horrible company to work with the Customer service is horrible. The prices are outrageous and I even said please to try to help me because I had only liability and they said it’s nothing they can do and the people do not help. They just give you a hassle and they don’t care and the drivers drive like crazy. They don’t even care about your car. Horrible horrible company. I went to get my car. Stuck in mud for over 5 hours in a 20ft Uhual truck I called everyone even Uhual assistants And NOBODY came to help us but superior towing answered and came with no hesitation Kirk the driver came and made it look so easy thank you guys!!! Life savers !!!
