Geico sent them out to tow my car that broke down. The driver was excellent. As a former tow truck driver myself back in the 70's it made me feel good that there are still professional tow drivers who care about customers.

We waiting for 4 hours for the tow. When the driver arrives he was in a very bad mood; He was defiant, he left my truck not at the shop needs. Horrible service, attitude.
