I couldn't switch between gears so I used Geico's roadside assistant feature. They connected to Superior Towing, where Mr. Melvin was selected to tow my car. He didn't just tow it, but did a quick check, where I was also informed of a screw in a tire. But more importantly, he took me to the car, and showed me how to flip up the gear shift panel, to kinda override the locked gear, in the event this happens again, and potentially somewhere unsafe. One of the worst towing companies. Stay away!
Absolute horrible service. Never showed. No updates or tracking. Had to call back numerous of times for updates just to be told no one was coming as they are backed up.

Called Superior and within 1/2 hour they were loading my sons car!!!!
