This is a very horrible company to work with the Customer service is horrible. The prices are outrageous and I even said please to try to help me because I had only liability and they said it’s nothing they can do and the people do not help. Stuck in mud for over 5 hours in a 20ft Uhual truck I called everyone even Uhual assistants And NOBODY came to help us but superior towing answered and came with no hesitation Kirk the driver came and made it look so easy thank you guys!!! Life savers !!!
The ladies inside were terrible people. I asked to see the written receipt prior to paying and was told that it’s not my right to see it. Then proceeded to swear and cuss loudly in front of me. Just plain old bad people!
