Fast response & excellent communication!
The guy that took my call was rude and unkind. My car was broken down and somehow it was inconvenient for him to handle that call as if he was somehow having the worse day of the two of us. No matter how polite and patient I tried to be, hmi was responded to as it I was an idiot and wasting his time. On top of that, the place I had my car taken to (a dealership) had no Dropbox for the car key, which is obviously not the towing company's fault, but they couldn't find the car because it was left next to new for-sale cars inste... read more
