Terrible representation by employee. They wrongfully towed a car from the lot even though the car had a pass in the window. They did bring the car back to use but were extremely rude about it.
I haven’t use any of your service but it puts the company looking bad while I was driving one of your tow trucks was about to hit me because he didn’t want to give me chance to pass a intersection that was closing and he was just laughing I took pictures of the tow truck not the best ones but I have some pics.
Incompetent!!! From dispatchers to the drivers!! Worse service EVER!!
6+ hours to get a tow truck. Almost 20 recorded calls of them telling me “one more hour” “30 more minutes” “We’re not sure where the driver is” terrible service. Limped my car and with three broken control arms, two messed up wheels almost 10 miles myself.
Eddy was so careful and professional with my car. What an asset to your company. The nicest man.
