None. Worst service ever. Make you wait 3 hours when told 60 - 90 minutes Never trust them AGAIN
Had a dead car due to my alternator failing. Called Superior and they had my car up on the truck within 30 minutes. Eddy Bravo is amazing and went above and beyond to get my car home and parked. Really appreciate great service and he and Superior provided that.
Used road side assistance with GEICO and this company was contacted. Owner of this company is very rude and sarcastic. I was first told it would be 45 mins, then 2 hours. Called around the 2 hour mark to get an ETA and the guy said he has no ETA for me “probably another hour”. Checked the location on my map and driver would be 2 hours away. I am wondering why they did not contact me to let me know the eta was changing. No care or regard for other peoples lives. Hoping Geico will drop this company as a provider.
I would highly recommend Superior towing south holland - Edward, he really helped me out, and his truck is very clean. He is great! Thank you for helping out! I’ll definitely be recommending yall to my friends!
