Requested tow at 8 in the morning with an estimated time of 60-90 minutes. Three hours later the truck arrived. The tow should have been $125 but I was charged $189 stating that equipment was needed. A flatbed was there, therefore no extra equipment was required. I was also charged an additional $7.00 per mile, but they literally took it around the corner. Poor customer service!!!!!!!

I had my car towed on July 16th, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. The tow truck driver, who said his name was George, displayed a rude and haughty attitude throughout the process. He took multiple photos of my vehicle without offering any explanation or courtesy, even when I asked for clarification. They are thieves and they just go and tow cars that don't need to be towed. It's a garbage company.
