Used road side assistance with GEICO and this company was contacted. Owner of this company is very rude and sarcastic. I was first told it would be 45 mins, then 2 hours. Called around the 2 hour mark to get an ETA and the guy said he has no ETA for me “probably another hour”. Checked the location on my map and driver would be 2 hours away. I am wondering why they did not contact me to let me know the eta was changing. No care or regard for other peoples lives. Hoping Geico will drop this company as a provider.

I was in a wreck and Superior Towing sent Ed out to tow me. He was a professional and very informative about the entire process. His truck was very cleaned, made me think it was fresh off the showroom floor. I would recommend Superior Towing for all of your towing needs. If I ever need a tow again through insurance or as a paying customer I will use them again
