I recently completed my second half marathon, and having regular massages with Salik absolutely saved me during the hard training block. 10/10 massage! I like to have monthly deep tissue sports massages, but was visiting family in New Jersey for one month and couldn't go to my usual deep tissue sports massage therapist in London. I stumbled on Superior Therapeutic Solutions and Salik's massage was incredible. I had been traveling a lot and had tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I also run a lot and could feel my legs getting worn down. I left the massage feeling better than I had in weeks + Salik seems like a great & kind person! Would highly recommend.
