I will not be going back to Robert . I had many questions due to new circumstances in my finances. Questions dealing with past, present and future circumstances. Yes, I asked many questions, then he told me “stop talking” in a rude tone. He saw the stunned look on my face, and then said “I should not have said that”. However, that still told me a lot about this person’s character. I will never ever go back to that office. There are literally hundreds of great tax preparers in the area.
Robert is simply the best. BTW- I am not a friend or relative. I've been going to Robert for 6 or 7 years and he's always been extremely professional and kind. He might not get back to me immediately during tax season but who in their right mind would expect that? He's not taking new clients, so that's all you really need to know. He's got loyal clients that aren't going anywhere.
Andrew is the FN guy. Been going to him for over 10 years. Always has answers to my questions.
Be aware Robert Smith is unprofessional, I'd decided to try him, due to the fact,reference by a good friend. Long story short, nightmare experience, he was never available for me to talk, over phone. Emails, were sent, numerous times, ignored. I'd left my phone number 3-4 thru email to reach out, rejected. If so when calling his office, assistant picks up, " how can I help you, he's with a client ,right "?.
