In 2023 I had my taxes done and this year we noticed that our 2023 taxes were missing on the IRS site. I contacted Bobbi, and he relayed that he had forgotten to send our taxes last year! He apologized for the error and he was very supportive and said he would even do our taxes free this year. However after I reached out I have not heard back from the company and have tried to call and have left messages at least two times perhaps three.
