I’m completely unsatisfied. I paid my money to this company in order to clear my debt with the IRS. Yet I’m still waiting on tax information from 2021. I haven’t heard anything from the IRS. Yet when I call them to try and see what’s going on I can’t get any feedback. At this point they’ve stop answering all together. Nor do they return any phone calls. I don’t know what to think. I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I’m still lost & going through the same thing
