We bought chairs for our restaurant lounge area. Rubi wheeler was my contact person and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. She sent me a sample of the chair I selected with the Fabric and finish we wanted. Once we saw the quality of the chair, we ordered them right away. Horrible service, I paid extra for expedite my delivery it’s already been 3 weeks and they still don’t ship my order. Every single time I called no one know nothing they said they will contact me and no one called. I have called this company like 20 times asking for my order they said they don’t have the material. If you don’t have the material why you sale something don’t have. I have been buying from this company multiple times. No any more I never will buy it again,they don’t care about their customers. 3 dozen chairs Ordered and picked up. Only to open and wrong chairs instead table chairs they were bar chairs. Ask to correct the problem, they rather insist we bring all them back and wait and pick them all back at our expense. We rented truck to pick up and now we have to spend 2 more truck trips?? They finally picked up but over 2 weeks past still not getting the correct order delivered. I will file a chargeback to get a refund as this isn’t how b2b work. Looks like their customer service went down huge.
