I bought premium bar chairs from them. Half of them came a welt damaged by transport. I reach out to them with picture videos etc. From that moment they completely ghosted me. Have email multiple times but haven’t received a reply.

Horrible service, I paid extra for expedite my delivery it’s already been 3 weeks and they still don’t ship my order. Every single time I called no one know nothing they said they will contact me and no one called. I have called this company like 20 times asking for my order they said they don’t have the material. If you don’t have the material why you sale something don’t have. I have been buying from this company multiple times. No any more I never will buy it again,they don’t car about their customers.
turnout all their chairs are pure crap! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Worst company that I have come across. I had items added to the cart and the customer service rep said how can you see prices which I don't see. I was asked to share screenshot, any genuine company would acknowledge the price on their website instead they told me we are taking the items down and fix prices. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and their Business policies.
