I was originally told that the stools would be on back order and wouldn’t receive for 12 weeks but was happily surprised to have them show up in about 3 weeks total from purchase to delivery. What an incredible customer experience—if your goal is to test the limits of someone’s patience. I picked up my chairs, only to discover they gave me the wrong ones. No problem, mistakes happen… except every person who answered the phone seemed completely clueless, so I had the pleasure of calling over and over again to explain the same issue. Since the mistake was theirs, I had to fight just to get them to deliver the correct chairs. Apparently, they expected me to rent another truck at my own expense to fix their error. Th... read more
